Work with me

As a multilingual Coach and People & Culture strategist, I have 24 years of professional experience in the areas of People Practices (Human Resources), across a wide spectrum of HR functions, incl. leadership development, performance management & compensation, global mobility, training, diversity & inclusion, counseling, coaching, and mentoring.

In terms of formal qualifications, I hold: 

  • Double masters: a MBA + a MA in Communications & Media;
  • Certificate in Coaching from the University of Cambridge, ICE, UK (one year programme);
  • Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Gestalt Coaching from Gestalt Training UK, taught by Gestalt leading expert and though-leader, John Leary-Joyce (one year programme, Distinction award, Pathway to PCC, ICF);
  • Numerous other coaching certificates, such as Team coaching,  Grief coaching, Stress Management, Resilience, Motivational Interviewing, Non-Violent Communication, and more;
  • Hosted the “Coaching Beyond Tools” AC podcast;
  • Support John Leary-Joyce on his Foundational Gestalt course run by the AoEC.

As your trainer or guest lecturer, my goal is to provide participants the space to reflect on a given subject and expand their skills through practice, while exploring a variety of perspectives, encouraging independent thinking, and testing own hypothesis and assumptions.

As your coach and mentor, my goal is to support your programme participants on their learning and growth journey.
