Individual Coaching
A confidential safe space to explore any work-related or personal development goals your employees may have.
1:1 support for your junior and mid-level talent, at whatever stage of their career.
For organisations wanting to invest in their young, emerging, and seasoned professionals—whether they’re growing into their current role, preparing for the next role, managing competing responsibilities, or wishing to strike a better work-life balance.
The work centres around the whole person, so your people can grow and achieve their goals in a way that’s sustainable, in balance with everything else that’s going on for them.
I offer career coaching, personal development coaching, transition coaching, and burnout prevention—tailored to what each employee actually needs.
Unlike a coaching platform, you get a high quality, dedicated, and individualised partnership with me, backed by 20+ years of Human Resources leadership in leading Big Pharma organisations.
Your people get whatever coaching support they need for personal growth, managing transitions, or preventing burnout.
Together, we can:
- Deep dive into the motivations behind their goals
- Clarify their hopes, dreams, and what’s getting in the way
- Name and claim their natural talents through the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment
- Set them up for success as they plan their first 90 days in a new role
- Prepare them for high-stakes presentations or conversations
- Identify and activate their network
- Design, plan, and implement little experiments to test possibilities
- And so much more…
Examples of topics I have tackled with clients in the past include:
- An employee stepping into a new role or re-entering the workforce and needing support in this initial phase.
- An emerging leader ready for their next big role.
- An employee navigating a major life shift—new parenthood, for example—and struggling to balance work and home.
- An employee whose position has been made redundant, unsure how to move forward.
- An employee who’s constantly tired or on edge, and knows something needs to change.
- An employee recovering from burnout, needing a thought partner for their next steps.
- An employee managing—for now—but whose current lifestyle isn’t sustainable.
Having held leadership roles and gone through numerous career transitions myself, including burnout, I get it! Let’s partner to untangle those exciting opportunities and equally messy challenges, so your people can find a steady path forward and thrive in what they do.

Executive Performance Coaching
A confidential safe space to talk through the things that keep your leaders awake at night.
To boldly become the best leader you can be.
For executives, senior executives, and emerging leaders.
Leadership can be exhilarating—and a lonely, at times confusing, experience. There are so many demands being made of your leaders today, but: Are they all realistic? Are your leaders getting the support they need? Are they allowed to be themselves, beautifully imperfect human beings, while still delivering at the top of their game?
Together, we’ll dig deep into the challenges they’re facing and uncover what truly matters to them. My goal is that, at the end of our coaching together, they can see more clearly, feel much more connected to who they truly are, and as such, feel much more connected to those they lead and support—strengthening their impact right where they are.
Your leaders will get whatever support they need to take care of what matters most—their people—and strengthen their organisational and strategic impact.
We can do that through self discovery: clarifying their vision, their strengths, the impact they want to have, what’s standing in their way, what boundaries they may need to set—finding their anchor so they’re leading with intention, instead of feeling like a leaf flying at the whims of a capricious wind.
We can deep dive into relationships & wellbeing, exploring key relationships and how to nurture them; uncovering expectations (theirs and others’) that may be weighing heavily on their shoulders; identifying the resources at their disposal and how to activate them; and exploring ways to prevent burnout from showing up in their life.
We can deep dive into exploration & action: sharpening decision-making; exploring possibilities and testing new approaches to real challenges; and reflecting on their experiences and experiments to inform their next step, and so much more…
Examples of topics I have tackled with clients in the past include:
- Stepping, or about to step, into a new / bigger role and needing support navigating the first 90–180 days.
- Facing a tough decision (business or people-related) and wanting a thought partner to work through it.
- Finding themselves in “the grind”, overwhelmed with demands, unable to see the forest from the trees.
- Questioning what leadership style best fits their current team, or the opportunities and challenges that lay ahead.
- Having received conflicting feedback about their leadership or results and needing clarity on how to act on it.

Gallup CliftonStrengths Team Coaching
Boost your team’s performance by harnessing each member’s natural talents and strengths.
To bring a team’s strengths to life, boosting both their performance and wider organisational impact.
This is Strengths-based Team Development Coaching for organisational, project, cross-functional and intact teams.
Using Gallup’s CliftonStrengths online assessment tool, teams can start to recognise, own, and leverage the diverse strengths within their team.
Team sessions are always bespoke to fit your team’s specific situation and needs.
Here is an example of what Strengths-based Team Development Coaching can look like:
1. Initial Briefing
We start with a briefing with you as the team leader (and sponsor if needed) to understand the team’s context and goal of coaching intervention. We’ll also assess if a strengths-based team coaching is the right fit.
2. Proposal & Buy-in
A bespoke coaching package proposal is made for you to review and share with your team members to see if they are willing to take that journey. If helpful, I can attend a session to answer team questions and build buy-in.
3. CliftonStrengths Assessment
Every team member, including you, gets to take the CliftonStrengths assessment online.
4. Q&A
We hold an online introductory Q&A group session where we explore key strengths principles and guidelines, and where team members can ask questions about their themes and test results.
5. 1:1 Coaching Sessions
(Optional but recommended, especially if using the full 34-report.) Each team member, including you, has a dedicated 1:1 session to make sure everyone fully understands and owns their assessment results. This is crucial for ensuring everyone feels safe to be open and honest in the team workshops later on (psychological safety).
6. Team Workshops
Once the 1:1 / Q&A sessions have taken place, we hold the team workshop(s). The length, frequency and specific content of these is always very different depending on your team’s size, context and goals.
Tip: A CliftonStrengths team workshop can be very nicely combined with a New Manager Integration session.
Interested, but still not sure if this is right for your team?
Schedule a call or send me an e-mail, and we can explore whether this intervention is the right fit for your goals.

Team strengths workshops, using CliftonStrengths assessment, can range from a 2-hour teaser session to a multi-day intervention – depending on your needs and where you are at on your strengths journey.
Let’s have a chat to understand your needs, timeframe, and how I can support you best.
As a general reference, my day rate is CHF2’260.- (8 hours), and I invoice for the total time required to design and deliver the work.

New Manager Integration
Gift your leaders and their team a successful head-start together, fostering openness and dialogue.
To help new managers hit the ground running.
Whether a manager is new to the company, team, or role, this is a powerful way for them to integrate quickly and effectively.
Unlike traditional team-building, this session dives into the real business challenges a manager is likely to face, ensuring a smooth transition.
Ideally held 2-3 months in their new position, this intervention is a great way for the manager and their team to get to know each other better, clarify assumptions, expectations, maybe even misunderstandings, while building stronger relationships in the process.
Here is an example of what a New Manager Integration workshop can look like:
1. Initial Briefing & Preparation
We start with a briefing with you as the new manager or team leader (and the sponsor, if needed) to clarify context and desired outcomes, and to assess whether this is the right fit for your team.
A preparatory meeting is held between you and me to explain the process, review the session format, and choose a set of feedback questions for the team. These questions may be shared in advance to help team members reflect and add any of their own.
2. Workshop
Workshops can range from a 4-hour session to a multi-day intervention. The goal: create a foundation of open and honest dialogue between you and your team.
Part 1—Connect & Reflect: The session itself starts with a fun team activity to get to know each other better. After that, you leave the room (physical or virtual), and I’ll go through the prepared questions with the team, collect the answers, and group them in themes.
Part 2—Team-to-Manager Feedback: You rejoin the session to hear the key themes directly from the team, ask clarifying questions, and share responses or reflections.
We’ll surface hopes, fears, concerns, and potential roadblocks early, so they can be talked about openly and dealt with before rumours or misunderstandings take root. This will help you focus on the right priorities and issues, with a clearer view into the expectations of your team members.
3. Follow-up
A follow-up session between you and me is held shortly after to go through additional comments and thoughts, debrief key takeaways, and identify next steps.
Throughout the process, you’ll gain a clearer picture of how your team likes to communicate and be able to identify potential organisational obstacles.
And your team will get a structured, supportive space to get to know you.
Tip: A New Manager Integration session can be very nicely combined with a CliftonStrengths team workshop.

Employee Engagement
Improve your team’s level of engagement, and thus performance, one relationship at a time.
To uncover what drives—and drains—engagement across your team, and take focused action where it matters most.
Engagement boils down to relationships! Namely, the employee’s relationship with: you as their leader, their team members, the work they do, and the organisation they are part of.
The good news is: You don’t need a big, expensive survey to improve engagement.
What really matters is your willingness (and your team’s) to explore the nature of your relationships to each other and to the work you do. And your own engagement is one of the strongest signals you can send.
Here is an example of what an Employee Engagement Intervention can look like:
We start with a briefing with you as the team leader (and the sponsor if needed) to clarify context and desired outcomes, and to assess whether this is the right fit for your team.
If it is, we’ll set up a preparatory session where I’ll walk you through the process, go over the session format, and agree on next steps together.
The intervention usually takes place over 3 sessions of 4 hours each:
♥ Session 1 focuses on the engagement level within your leadership team (LT) itself, including the LT’s own sense of motivation and readiness to prioritise Employee Engagement.
♥ Session 2 includes a high-level review of any existing employee engagement survey results (should you have any), and gets the leadership team to lead a “State of the Team” conversation with their respective teams by experiencing one with me first.
♥ Session 3 happens after the leadership team members have had their “State of the Team” conversations with their respective teams. They’ll have the opportunity to share feedback/challenges, refine their personal and team’s engagement goals (if needed), make a plan for how to keep engagement conversations going all year long, and create a shared accountability goal among you for sustainability of your employee engagement efforts.
♥ A follow-up session between me and the Head of the LT 3–4 weeks later gives us a chance to review what’s working, what’s challenging, and what’s next.
Interested, but still not sure if this is right for your team?

Team Burnout Prevention
Resilience is a communal effort! Foster a culture of balance and good health in your team.
To perform well as a team while staying healthy and connected.
Do any of these sound familiar: Do more with less! Work smarter, not harder! Build your own resilience!
While well-intentioned, these maxims only place undue pressure on both managers and their team members—and risk to drive them even more onto the path of ill-being and burnout.
Contrary to popular belief, burnout prevention and resilience is not an individual journey, it’s a communal one! And I am here to support you and your team, so you can make meaningful progress together while staying grounded and well.
Let’s prevent burnout together.
Team Burnout Prevention workshops can range from a 3-hour teaser session to a multi-day intervention. Coaching is not therapy, but it can be a very helpful preventative approach for burnout.
In a Team Burnout Prevention workshop, we look at what burnout is (and isn’t), and focus on the organisational, team, and individual factors which may lead you towards or away from burnout.
We also look at the resources available to the team and its members to support each other, encourage each other, and take the steps they need to replenish that energy well of theirs.
Having recovered from a burnout myself and supported numerous employees on their own burnout prevention and recovery journey, I know how hard it can be in that space, and how having a community of people who can support each other when the going gets rough is of utmost importance.

Gestalt Coaching Skills Training for Managers
Take your managers’ coaching & leadership skills to the next level! Join me on this experiential journey.
To powerfully lead in a genuine, creative, intuitive, ethical, and transparent way.
Whether your manager are new to coaching, have experience already, or are familiar with Gestalt, these experiential trainings give them practical insights and techniques they can apply immediately to deepen their connection with their team & enhance their impact as leaders.
♥ Learn to use thoughts, feelings, and sensations to deepen relationships with their team
♥ Gain new insights and solutions for their people
♥ Learn how to balance personal expression and professional boundaries
If your leaders are tired of the “one-size-fits-all” approach to leadership, and you want something more dynamic, authentic, and transformative for them, this is for you!
What makes this training different?
Many organisations ask their leaders to “be a coach”, but few programmes address the real tensions this creates.
I don’t believe managers can be true coaches—but those who master coaching skills become far more effective, trusted leaders with deeper team relationships.
The Gestalt approach focuses on the real power dynamics at play between managers and employees, while also building genuine, two-way relationships.
Schedule a call or send me an e-mail, and we can explore whether this programme is the right fit for your goals.
The sessions are hands-on, giving managers space to practice and master Gestalt coaching skills, with practical tools and reflection, regardless of experience level.
The training is offered in three modules:
- Coaching skill essentials: For those new to coaching, learning core coaching skills in a safe, supportive space.
- The power of “use of self” in coaching: For those with coaching experience, discovering powerful ways to relate to their coachees and strengthen their impact.
- Navigating tensions in the manager–coach dual role: Exploring manager/subordinate power dynamics and how to find a personal path forward.
I bring over 20 years of experience in HR, coaching, and mentoring, including 10 years dedicated specifically to coaching, a Certificate in Coaching from the University of Cambridge, have an Advanced Master Practitioner Diploma in Gestalt Coaching taught by leading Gestalt expert John Leary-Joyce.
This training gives managers the practical skills, confidence, and support to make a real difference in their organisation.
Curious, but unsure? Schedule a call or send me an e-mail, and we can explore whether this programme is the right fit for your goals.

Same format and pricing as module 1.
Book all 3 modules in advance for a 15% discount (not cumulable with other offers or discounts).

Each 3-hour lab session focuses on a different aspect of Gestalt and use of self.
Each Lab dives into a specific Gestalt theme, which acts as the springboard for exploration, experimentation, and practice.
In each lab, your coaches will be immersed in Gestalt Coaching principles through demos, personal experimentation, small-group practice with feedback, and facilitated discussions. We also work with real-time topics, questions, or “Gestalt” that arise in the room.
Overall learning outcomes:
- A deeper understanding of what it means to be a coach, not just do coaching, through practice and exploration of “use of self” with a Gestalt lens.
- Hands-on experience with each Gestalt skill across all 10 lab sessions, helping your coaches apply what they learn in real coaching contexts.
- A sense of community through shared learning and exchange—specifically among your own internal coaching team.
My goal is to make each lab session as experiential as possible, so that participants may, if they wish, apply those skills with their own clients asap, and witness the difference it makes for them and their own personal development as a coach.

What to expect from every lab
♥ A short input video introducing the lab’s key theme, to be viewed as preparation prior to the live online lab session.
♥ In the lab, you will experience, experiment, practice, and exchange around a different Gestalt Coaching principle and ways of being as a coach.
♥ Lab sessions would typically include a demonstration, personal experimentation, practice rounds in pairs or triads with feedback and facilitated discussions.
♥ We meet for 2 hours each time, working with the topics, questions, or “Gestalt” present in the room.
♥ In-between labs, you’re encouraged to join a learning group and Relational Coaching Circles to continue your learning and practice between sessions.
Lab 1 – Awareness
In this lab, we explore why awareness is so central to Gestalt, and the different dimensions of awareness. You experience awareness through a couple of exercises. Each subsequent lab (2-9) will then explore a different dimension of awareness through the practice of a specific Gestalt skill.
Lab 2 – Exaggeration, Repetition & Opposites
You will experiment with and practice the use of exaggeration (of gestures, posture, etc.), repetition (of words, sounds, sentences, gestures, etc.), and the exploration of opposites to expand the client’s awareness.
Lab 3 – Perceptual resonance
You will experiment with and practice perceptual resonance—sharing what you notice through your 5 senses—and how to use it impactfully as a coach to enhance the client’s awareness.
Lab 4 – Cognitive resonance
You will experiment with and practice cognitive resonance—sharing what you think—and how to use it impactfully as a coach to enhance the client’s awareness.
Lab 5 – Somatic resonance
You will experiment with and practice somatic resonance—sharing what you feel emotionally or physically—and how to use it impactfully as a coach to enhance the client’s awareness.
Lab 6 – Levels of intensity
You will experiment with and practice the 4 levels of intensity when exploring the client’s story, and how to use it impactfully as a coach to enhance the client’s awareness.
Lab 7 – Projections & Creative experimentation
We introduce the concept of projections and creative experimentation, and you experiment with and practice it with the help of objects and/or images, and how to use it impactfully as a coach to enhance the client’s awareness.
Lab 8 – Polarities
You will experiment with and practice the use of projections and experimentation to explore polarities and the range within a client’s dilemma. Purpose, as always, is to impactfully expand the client’s awareness.
Lab 9 – Empty chair
We introduce the concept of the empty chair, and you experiment with and practice how to use it impactfully as a coach to enhance the client’s awareness, especially in situations of interpersonal conflict.
Lab 10 – Bringing it all together
This session consolidates your learning across all 9 labs, including a final practice.
NB: These Labs are NOT a Gestalt training course per se, but an opportunity to explore and practice Gestalt coaching principles and way of being.

They may also submit their hours as proof for Resource Development Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units, for example with the ICF.

Fear, Love & Wisdom in Leadership
The opposite of love isn’t hate—it’s fear. Explore how to lead from a place of courage and love, not self-protection.
Most leadership trainings teach leaders what to do. This one tackles a more existential question: who are you being while you do it?
Fear is only human—it shows up in leadership, as it does in every aspect of life. It shapes the decisions we make, the conversations we avoid, and the boundaries we set (or not set).
Love is the antidote. Not the romantic kind, but a genuine, unconditional care for the world we are in, and the people we are meant to serve through the work we do.
And wisdom? Wisdom is an outcome, not a goal. It “is” once we’re centred in love, and in what old thinkers called the “fear of God”. In a secular world, it’s the anchor that connects us to something larger than ourselves—a reverence and humility for the weight of what we do and who it affects.
This experiential and deeply personal workshop explores the interplay of fear, love, and wisdom in leadership—drawing on a variety of philosophical, psychological, and existential principles to reconnect with the kind of courageous, whole-hearted leadership that builds real trust.
