Individual Coaching

A confidential safe space to explore any work-related or personal development goals you may have.

To get the 1:1 support you need at this stage of your life and career.

This is for young, emerging, or seasoned professionals ready to grow in your existing role, prepare for your next role, manage conflicting roles you hold, or wish to strike a better work-life balance.

Our work together will centre around your whole person, so that you can achieve your goals in balance with everything else that’s going on for you.

I offer career coaching, personal development coaching, transition coaching, and burnout prevention.

You’ll get whatever coaching support you need for personal growth, managing transitions, or preventing burnout.

Together, we can:

  • Deep dive into the motivations behind your goals
  • Clarify your hope, dreams, and what’s getting in the way
  • Name and claim your natural talents through the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment
  • Set you up for success as you plan your first 90 days in a new role
  • Prepare you for high-staked presentations or conversations
  • Identify and activate your network
  • Design, plan, and implement little experiments to test possibilities
  • And so much more…

Examples of topics I have tackled with clients in the past include:

    • You’re stepping into a new role or re-entering the workforce and need support in this initial phase.
    • You are an emerging leader ready for that next big role.
    • You just became a parent or in a major life shift and are struggling to balance work and home.
    • Your position has been made redundant and you’re unsure how to move forward.
    • You’re constantly tired or on edge and know something needs to change.
    • You are recovering from burnout, and need a thought partner for your next steps.
    • You’re managing—for now—but know your current lifestyle isn’t sustainable.

Having held leadership roles and gone through numerous career transitions myself, including burnout, I get it! Let’s untangle those exciting opportunities and equally messy challenges, so you can find a steady path forward and thrive in what you do.

      Fair and Flexible Pricing

Any additional fees due to client needs or requests (like travel, document review, or sessions outside regular hours) will always be defined and agreed with client prior to the session.

Because generosity is a core value of mine, the length of each coaching session in my packages will depend on your need. Some days, 60 min. is enough. Other days, it might be 120. Practically, I ask my clients to book 90 min. and keep a 30 min. buffer to their next meeting, just in case :).

      Can’t afford my rates?

My intention is to make coaching accessible to anyone who needs it, regardless of financial situation, while keeping it sustainable for me. As such, if you are in financial difficulty or are a non-profit, please email me to explore alternatives.

Upon mutual agreement, and subject to my own availability, these alternatives may include:

      • Sliding scale pricing, so we find something that feels fair and keeps both our hearts open.
      • An individualised payment plan.
      • A creative exchange or “barter” arrangement, if appropriate.

Money shouldn’t be a barrier for someone to receive quality coaching. So, if my rates feel out of reach, but you would like to work with me, reach out!

      Executive Coaching

A confidential safe space to talk through the things that keep you awake at night.

To boldly become the best leader you can be.

For executives, senior executives, and emerging leaders.

Leadership can be exhilarating—and a lonely, at times confusing, experience. There are so many demands being made of you as leaders today, but: Are they all realistic? Are you getting the support you need? Are you allowed to be you, a beautifully imperfect human being?

Together, we’ll dig deep into the challenges you are facing and uncover what truly matters to you. My hope is that, at the end of our coaching together, you can see more clearly, feel much more connected to who you truly are, and as such, feel much more connected to those you lead and support.

You’ll get whatever support you need to take care of what matters to you and move towards what’s next.

We can do that through self discovery: clarify your hopes, dreams, and the impact you’d like to have, understand what’s standing in your way, and find your anchor so you’re not just a leaf flying at the whims of a capricious wind.

We can deep dive into relationships & wellbeing, exploring those important relationships in your life and how to nurture them. We can uncover the expectations (yours and others) which may be weighing heavily on your shoulders. We can clarify the resources at your disposal and how to activate them. We can explore how to prevent burnout from showing up in your life.

We can deep dive into exploration & action: explore possibilities, plan and implement little experiments to test those possibilities, reflect on your experiences and experiments to inform your next step, and so much more…

Examples of topics I have tackled with clients in the past include:

      • You’ve stepped, or are about to step, into a new senior role and need support navigating your first 90–180 days.
      • You’re facing a tough decision (business or people-related) and unsure which path to take.
      • You find yourself in a “grind”, overwhelmed with demands, not able to see the forest from the trees.
      • You’re questioning your purpose, wondering what legacy you’d like to leave behind.
      • You’re questioning what leadership style best fits your current team or opportunities and challenges you face.
      • You’ve received conflicting feedback about your leadership or results and need clarity.

Four options to find the right coaching journey for you

      1 — The Deep Dive

This year-long journey is designed to deep dive into your current situation and support you each step of the way toward who you want to be as a leader.  We’ll have space to tackle challenges in real time, strengthen important relationships, clarify your purpose and priorities, and build habits that support your wellbeing and leadership. We’ll map out meaningful next steps and put them into practice.

        CliftonStrengths Team Coaching

Boost your team’s performance by harnessing each member’s natural talents and strengths.

To bring a team’s strengths to life in ways that benefit their own performance and wider organisational impact.

This is Strengths-based Team Development Coaching for organisational, project, cross-functional and intact teams.

Using Gallup’s CliftonStrengths online assessment tool, teams can start to recognise, own, and leverage the diverse strengths within their team.

Team sessions are always bespoke to fit your team’s specific situation and needs.

Here is an example of what Strengths-based Team Development Coaching can look like:

        1. Initial Briefing

We start with a briefing with you as the team leader (and sponsor if needed) to understand the team’s context and goal of coaching intervention. We’ll also assess if a strengths-based team coaching is the right fit.

        2. Proposal & Buy-in

A bespoke coaching package proposal is made for you to review and share with your team members to see if they are willing to take that journey. If helpful, I can attend a session to answer team questions and build buy-in.

        3. CliftonStrengths Assessment

Every team member, including you, gets to take the CliftonStrengths assessment online.

        4. Q&A

We hold an online introductory Q&A group session where we explore key strengths principles and guidelines, and where team members can ask questions about their themes and test results.

        5. 1:1 Coaching Sessions

(Optional but recommended, especially if using the full 34-report.) Each team member, including you, has a dedicated 1:1 session to make sure everyone fully understands and owns their assessment results. This is crucial for ensuring psychological safety in the team workshops later on.

        6. Team Workshops

Once the 1:1 / Q&A sessions have taken place, we hold the team workshop(s). The length, frequency and specific content of these is always very different depending on your team’s size, context and goals.

Tip: A CliftonStrengths team workshop can be very nicely combined with a New Manager Integration session.

Interested, but still not sure if this is right for your team?

Schedule a call  or send me an e-mail, and we can explore whether this intervention is the right fit for your goals.

        Pricing upon request

Team strengths workshops, using CliftonStrengths assessment, can range from a 2-hour teaser session to a multi-day intervention – depending on your needs and where you are at on your strengths journey.

Let’s have a chat to understand your needs, timeframe, and how I can support you best.

As a general reference, my day rate is CHF2260.- (8 hours).

        Love or Leave it guarantee

If you’re not loving the results you’re getting, you can terminate the coaching agreement at any point in time with immediate effect. Any sum owed by you for coaching services rendered through, and including the effective date of termination becomes due and payable. No other fees apply.

        New Manager Integration

Gift yourself and your team a successful head-start together, fostering openness and dialogue.

To help new managers hit the ground running.

Whether you are new to the company, team, or role, this is a powerful way to integrate quickly and effectively.

Unlike traditional team-building, this session dives into real business challenges a manager is likely to face, ensuring a smooth transition.

Ideally held 2-3 months in your new position, this intervention is a great way for you and your team to get-to-know each other better, clarify assumptions, maybe even misunderstandings, and needs, while building stronger relationships in the process.

Here is an example of what a New Manager Integration workshop can look like:

        1. Initial Briefing & Preparation

We start with a briefing with you as the new manager or / team leader (and the sponsor, if needed) to clarify context and desired outcomes, and to assess whether this is the right fit for your team.

A preparatory meeting is held between you and I to explain the process, review the session format, and choose a set of feedback questions for the team. These questions may be shared in advance to help team members reflect and add any of their own.

        2. Workshop

Workshops can range from a 4-hour session to a multi-day intervention. The goal: create a foundation of open and honest dialogue between you and your team.

Part 1—Connect & Reflect: The session itself would start with a fun team activity to get to know each other better. After that, you leave the room (physical or virtual), and I’ll go through the prepared questions with the team, collect the answers, and group them in themes.

Part 2—Team-to-Manager Feedback: You rejoin the session to hear the key themes directly from the team, ask clarification questions, and share responses or reflections.

We’ll surface hopes, fears, concerns, and potential roadblocks early, so they can be talked about openly and dealt with before rumors or misunderstandings take root. This will help you focus on the right priorities and issues, with a clearer view into the expectations of your team members.

        3. Follow-up

A follow-up session between you and I is held shortly after to go through additional comments and thoughts, debrief key takeaways, and identify next steps.

Throughout the process, you’ll gain a clearer picture of how your team likes to communicate and be able to identify potential organisational obstacles.

And your team will get a structured, supportive space to get to know you.

Tip: A New Manager Integration session can be very nicely combined with a CliftonStrengths team workshop.

Interested, but still not sure if this is right for your team?

        Employee Engagement

Improve your team’s level of engagement, and thus performance, one relationship at a time.

To uncover what drives—and drains—engagement across your team, and take focused action where it matters most.

Engagement boils down to relationships! Namely, the employee’s relationship with: you – their leader, their team members, the work they do, and the organisation they are part of.

The good news is: You don’t need a big, expensive survey to improve engagement.

What really matters is your willingness (and your team’s) to explore the nature of your relationships to each other and to the work you do. And your own engagement is one of the strongest signals you can send.

Here is an example of what an Employee Engagement Intervention can look like:

We start with a briefing with you as the team leader (and the sponsor if needed) to clarify context and desired outcomes, and to assess whether this is the right fit for your team.

If it is, we’ll set up a preparatory session where I’ll walk you through the process, go over the session format, and agree on next steps together.

The intervention usually takes place over 3 sessions of 4 hours each:

♥ Session 1 focuses on the engagement level within your leadership team (LT) itself, including the LT’s own sense of motivation and readiness to prioritise Employee Engagement.

♥ Session 2 includes a high-level review of any existing employee engagement survey results (should you have any), and gets the leadership team to lead a “State of the Team” conversation with their respective teams by experiencing one with me first.

♥ Session 3 happens after the leadership team members have had their “State of the Team” conversations with their respective teams. They’ll have the opportunity to share feedback/challenges, refine their personal and team’s engagement goals (if needed), make a plan for how to keep engagement conversations going all year long, and create a shared accountability goal among you for sustainability of your employee engagement efforts.

♥ A follow-up session between me and the Head of the LT 3–4 weeks later gives us a chance to review what’s working, what’s challenging, and what’s next.

Interested, but still not sure if this is right for your team?

Schedule a call  or send me an e-mail, and we can explore whether this intervention is the right fit for your goals.

        Team Burnout Prevention

Resilience is a communal effort! Foster a culture of balance and good health in your team.

To perform well as a team while staying healthy and connected.

Do any of these sound familiar: Do more with less! Work smarter, not harder! Build your own resilience!

While well-intentioned, these maximes only place undue pressure on both managers and their team members—and risk to drive them even more onto the path of ill-being and burnout.

Unlike popular belief, burnout prevention and resilience is not an individual journey, it’s a communal one! And I am here to support you and your team, so you can make meaningful progress together while staying grounded and well.

        Let’s prevent burnout together.

Team Burnout Prevention workshops can range from a 3-hour teaser session to a multi-day intervention. Coaching is not therapy, but it can be a very helpful preventative approach for burnout.

In a Team Burnout Prevention workshop, we look at what burnout is (and isn’t), and focus on the organisational, team, and individual factors which may lead you towards or away from burnout.

We also look at the resources available to the team and its members to support each other, encourage each other, and take the steps they need to replenish that energy well of theirs.

Having recovered from a burnout myself and supported numerous employees on their own burnout prevention and recovery journey, I know how hard it can be in that space, and how having a community of people who can support each other when the going gets rough is of utmost importance.

Interested, but still not sure if this is right for your team?

Schedule a call  or send me an e-mail, and we can explore whether this intervention is the right fit for your goals.

        What makes this training different?

Many organisations ask their leaders to “be a coach,” but few programmes address the real tensions this creates.

I don’t believe managers can be true coaches—but those who master coaching skills become far more effective, trusted leaders with deeper team relationships.

The Gestalt approach focuses on the real power dynamics at play between managers and employees, while also building genuine, two-way relationships.

How is the training set up?

The sessions are hands-on to give you space to practice and master Gestalt coaching skills, with practical tools and reflection, no matter your experience level.

The training is offered in three modules:

        1. Coaching skill essentials: For those new to coaching to learn core coaching skills in a safe, supportive space.
        2. The power of “use of self” in coaching: For those with coaching experience to discover powerful ways to relate to their coachees and strengthen their impact through use of self.
        3. Navigating tensions in the manager–coach dual role: For participants to explore manager/subordinate power dynamics and how to find their own personal path forward.

Ready to take your leadership to the next level?

I bring over 24 years of experience in HR, coaching, and mentoring, including 7 years dedicated specifically to coaching, a Certificate in Coaching from the University of Cambridge, have an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Gestalt Coaching taught by Gestalt leading expert John Leary-Joyce.

This training will give you the practical skills, confidence, and support to make a real difference in your organisation.

10 Practice Lab sessions. Up to 30 hours of practice.

Each 3-hour Lab session focuses on a different aspect of Gestalt and use of self.

Each Lab dives into a specific Gestalt theme, which will act as the spring board for exploration, experimentation, and practice.

In each lab, you’ll be immersed in Gestalt Coaching principles through demos, personal experimentation, small-group practice (with feedback), and facilitated discussions. We also work with real-time topics, questions, or “Gestalt” that arise in the room.

        Overall learning outcomes:

        • A deeper understanding of what it means to be a coach (beyond just doing coaching), through practice and exploration of “use of self” with a Gestalt coaching lens.
        • Hands-on experience with each Gestalt skill and way of being across each of the 10 lab sessions, helping you apply what you learn and real coaching contexts.
        • A sense of community through shared learning and exchange with fellow participants.

My goal is to make each lab session as experiential as possible, so that you may, if you wish, apply those skills with your own clients, and witness the difference it makes for them and your own personal development as a coach.

        Lab 5 – Exaggeration & Repetition

In this lab, you will experiment with and practice the use of exaggeration (of gestures, posture, etc.) and repetition (of words, sounds, sentences, gestures, etc.) to expand the client’s awareness.

Lab 6 – Levels of intensity

In this lab, you will experiment with and practice the 4 levels of intensity when exploring the client’s story, and how you can use it impactfully as a coach to enhance the client’s awareness.

        Lab 7 – Projections & Creative experimentation

In this lab, we introduce the concept of projections and creative experimentation, and you experiment with and practice it with the help of objects and/or images, and how you can use it impactfully as a coach to enhance the client’s awareness.

        Lab 8 – Polarities

In this lab, you will experiment with and practice how you can use projections and experimentation to explore polarities and the range within a client’s dilemna. Purpose, as always, is to impactfully enhance the client’s awareness.

        Pre-requisite: Lab 7 –Projections & Creative experimentation.

        Lab 9 – Empty chair

In this lab, we introduce the concept of the empty chair, and you experiment with and practice how you can use it impactfully as a coach to enhance the client’s awareness, especially in situations of interpersonal conflict.

        Pre-requisite: Lab 7 –  Projections & Creative experimentation.

        What my clients are saying

        |

“TRULY ONE OF THE BEST COACHES I’VE WORKED WITH”

“Dina is an absolutely outstanding coach and collaborator. I had the pleasure of working with Dina over several months when she served as a StrengthsFinder coach to my [newly formed] team…

After assessing our needs, Dina went above and beyond to build tailored individual and group sessions that were incredibly effective for achieving our goals…

Dina’s warmth and joyful demeanor make her an absolute delight to work with. She’s truly one of the best team coaches I’ve worked with over the past ten years.”

—Eydith Comenenzia Ortiz, Founder & CEO, CONECTA Partners, Team Strengths Coaching

“HELPED US TO BE A STRONGER TEAM”

“Dina is an inspirational and amazing coach – she helped our dynamic and complex team with strengthfinder workshops – customized for each chapter with great detail and diligence. Dina actively listens to her clients and tailors the programs to create the best value and impact for the team.

Her sessions helped us to be a stronger team – and we continued to keep her as our coach as she showed great value. Also, Dina has a great talent in connecting with people and maintaining relationships. I can only highly recommend Dina and believe she will be a great asset to any team.”

—Aysem Oznel, Patient Partnership Director, F. Hoffmann-La Roche, Team Strengths Coaching

        “A CREATIVE PARTNER”

“Dina helped to shape a “strength finder” workshop to carve out individual and collective strengths of our team. Dina offered 1:1 coaching sessions and was a creative partner in designing a fit-for-purpose workshop. Dina was a creative partner looking for the best solution for our setting, the workshop was very well received and had a lasting impact on our team.”

—Dr. Andreas Weinzierl, Head of Marketing, Roche Switzerland, Team Strengths Coaching

“A TRUE EYE OPENER TO ME”

“The workshop felt – in a positive way – like group therapy. Meeting like-minded people who face similar challenges like my own was a true eye-opener to me.

Not only did I get useful tips out of the conversations, the entire setup of the group helped me to realise that other people faced similar struggles, insecurities and motivations along their individual paths towards career-change and personal re-invention.

In addition, my own contributions to the group might’ve even been helpful to some of the others as well. I left with my mind in a somewhat calmed state of contentment and a positive attitude towards my future, together with a number of additional contacts of interesting people I would otherwise have never met.”

—Participant in Group Coaching session: “Time for a career change. Now what?”

“YOU MAKE ME BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF COACHING”

Dina is strongly empathetic and has a real desire to understand and help people. Highly recommended.”

—Neil Press, Director in Global Discovery Chemistry, Individual Coaching

“EXPERT COACH WITH A RANGE OF SKILLS & TOOLS”

“I worked with Dina over five coaching sessions, and the experience was enlightening and enjoyable. Dina held the space with great care, so that I felt safe and courageous in exploring my goals and aspects of my personality, and in realising how these connect and can help me move towards my goals.

She encouraged visualisation, which allowed me to explore my goals in an imaginative and creative way. That was interesting, and those images have stayed with me. Dina is a compassionate and expert coach with a range of skills and tools that she applies in just the right way, at the right time.

I’d highly recommend her coaching to anyone who wants to explore their personal or professional motivations and move towards specific outcomes.”

Transitions are the chrysalis from which new life can form… & you don’t need to go through them on your own

Coaching people in transition or in search of meaning is a true passion of mine, because I know that, when we choose to go through that uncomfortable, at times painful, space—that’s when we make the most meaningful shifts in our lives. And it’s a journey we are not meant to take alone. Dina
